Yummy yummy yummy! First you caramelize the pears in either pear nectar or
the juice from a can of pears in its own juice (not the heavy syrup kind)
and sugar, then the rest of the ingredients are sent through the blender for
a thorough blend, then poured over the caramelized pears. It is unbelievably
good. Mmm...Esp. With pepper bacon...
